Hotel Devraj Niwas On Lake Pichola, Udaipur

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, bright, and had stunning Rajasthan style windows with a breathtaking view of the lake. The bed was super comfy, and the overall ambiance was very pretty. However, there were no facilities for making tea or coffee in the room, and I missed having a hairdryer in the bathroom.

The hotel is ideally located right on the waterfront of Pichola Lake in Udaipur, offering a convenient base to explore nearby attractions like Jagdish Temple and City Palace. The rooms are cozy and clean, providing a comfortable stay, although they only have twin beds with some issues like no hot water and flushing problems. The services led by Mr Vikram Singh are very helpful and friendly, offering great assistance such as arranging boat trips and city tours for a reasonable price. The dining options are quite limited, but the complimentary meals are enjoyable. Despite being in the interior old city area with narrow lanes, the hotel overlooks the picturesque Pichola Lake, providing a unique experience. The facilities are decent, although improvements are needed for a more satisfactory stay.
